Our daughters joined Foley's Martial Arts a little over a year ago when they were 5 yrs old. The instructors there are great. They really know their stuff and are very good at relating their knowledge to the children. They have a tremendous amount of patience with the kids, especially the younger ones. The kids learn Karate and have fun in the process so they don't get bored. They get a great workout and lots of exercise. Our girls really love to go to Karate there. We wouldn't think about taking them anywhere else to learn Karate!
