Our Jr Kickboxing class is twice a week. Its a fast paced dynamic program that prepares the athlete in the fundamentals of boxing and the kicking skills inherent in the other martial arts such as karate.
From there fitness and partner training skills are paramount and the jr athlete will get in top shape as they develop the timing skills needed to be a successful kickboxer.As a competitive sport jr athletes may just train recreationally or can compete with the goal of making a national team to travel to international events.
