This program is based around the traditional heart of Kenpo Karate. Originating in Hawaii, Kenpo is the synergy of tradition Japanese Karate and jujitsu, the Korean art of Tang Soo Do and is also influenced by Chinese Kung Fu and Western Boxing. It has emerged as one of the most popular and widely recognized martial arts in the world. Kenpo is taught to millions of North Americans every day. This traditional program teaches basic and advanced techniques for every level adult, while also increasing fitness. This program produced skilled and knowledgeable students.
